Because our products are small-batch food items made for nourishment and safety, we are unable to accept physical returns.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue. We stand behind what we make and will gladly offer a refund or replacement when appropriate.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right.
